★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MTNL - previously this brand had a good name. But the state is pathetic now. Going by it's past glory had availed the fibre optic internet service a year ago, hoping to have super fast speed. After depositing the initial amount, took a couple of months of follow up & frustration to get it started. Then intermittent issues. Finally discontinued the service but had to pay for a payment cycle during which we hardly used the service. Their support team's phone is often unanswered. Some of their staff seen mostly on personal calls as they handle customers. Hope the services improve! But suggest to think twice before opting for their fibre optic internet.
