Authentic south Indian food served with amazing taste.
We had ordered Idli dosa bonda soup and coffee.
Very very clean
If your visit is just for coffee, they have small counter before entering restaurant.
Child friendly. All food was served hot

โ โ โ โ โ The restaurant era dates back to 1920's. With the local tint of beauty, the food that's served here is authentic. We had ordered dumroot(sorry if the spelling is wrong ?), pudi dosa, masala dosa and badam halwa. The tastes of all the dishes were delicious and amazing. But the quantity served here, I felt, is very less. The prize is also lil pipped up. The service was lil late.

Didn't like it, sambhar was not upto the mark. Saagu was good. Requested for masala dosa instead of Puris, which they happily obliged. Veggies weren't too palatable either.
Staff wore masks and gloves as well. They are polite too.???

This place is legendary for a reason. It's another outlet of famous lalbagh MtR branch in Bangalore. The quality, service and consistent taste speaks for itself. Iโm a big fan of MTR food.
Love their special thali. Which is a steal deal for Rs.280. So much good food in an economical price.
You get so many varieties to taste in the thali.You get to eat 2-3 puris, 1 mini dosa, payasa, one sweet, lemon rice, bisibelebath, little white rice with sambar and rasam and lastly curd rice followed by fruit salad with self made average icecream and a pan beeda.
Chutney, sagu, palya, papad, bonda and lemon pickle come in supporting roles.
Nevertheless the dosa and filter coffee (without chikori) are amazing.
