I purchased Mblaze power device from this store in November, 2015. The device stopped responding a week ago (7 April) and since it was under warranty, I went for the replacement. The store executive RUDELY denied any help claiming that device manufacturer is Lava and MTS cannot do anything about it.
When I reminded him about the conversation before the sale when he claimed they will take care for all the issues, he seemed visibly embarrassed. But even that did not help.
