★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointed with this place- though they do have a nice collection, their customer service is poor. I made a complaint and got 1 response post which they never responded with an acknowledgment/a refund/an exchange!!
This is an example of customer service at its worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been about 2 weeks since I received the online delivery. All the plants (flowering + indoor + succulents) are doing well. The plants were hand delivered with utmost care with the team also accommodating a few last minute additions/changes. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience .Will buy again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd an extremely smooth experience with Mudfingers from planning a terrarium, customising it and finally shipping it to Mumbai. The store was located very far from me, so I had the entire communication handled very efficiently via phone/WhatsApp and the shipping was impeccably done and all the succulents, glass case and other materials reached very safely. And yes, all of them packed in highly sustainable materials. I would recommend them anyday and I hope to buy more from them in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was desperately looking for reasonably priced terracotta pots and google showed me this shop. I am really happy with the pot qualities and the tiny succelants just made my day! And the great thing is when most of the other shops ( atleast the ones I saw ) charge you a lot, Mudfingers provided same quality products with reasonable price. The delivery was pretty smooth and delivery uncle was kind enough to open each and every packaging and check for damages. Looking forward to more purchases in future.

But, this team were friendly and swiftly replied to my message, understood my requirements. This helped me decide on the gift with in a day. They shared me a picture of the package and it looked lovely than what I expected. Thank you for being virtually friendly, responsive and processing my request nearly at the earliest.
Loved your online customer service. Such a service is really helpful for people like me sitting on the other continent and still able to gift (especially fresh plants) our loved ones on special occasions
