Ticket amount 200 rup , I give 500 rup not returns 300 for me use local language driver and ticket chequer.

Worst travels ever seen.
Better to travel with state transport bus than with this junk and idiot staff.
Only for Mumbai - Malvan non AC sleeper coach.

Bus was 1 hr late, seats are dirty, no lights and charging connection not working, rude behaviour by driver…. ?

Super late - Booked bus from konkan to Mumbai. Bus was on time for pickup at around 5.30pm. and was supposed to reach Thane by 7am. However it was around 10.45am reached Thane. So had to leave the bus in mid way and continue our journey by auto.
Extra uninformed charged - they charge ₹200 extra (on every box) if we carry mango box, which was supposed to be consumed by us and was not for business purpose.
Waits around 30min+ on each stop for mango box -
They don't just carry passengers but also carry mango boxes. So even if passengers pick up point and drop point are very less, still mango pickup and drop point are unlimited.
Stopped at one of petrol pump for 1 hour just to put around 60+ boxes of mangoes. And there were many other stops that was taken.
Resulting multiple drop point in Mumbai which again took 30min+ to remove the boxes out of bus.
No dinner stop in time - as driver had kept us waiting for 1hour for his mango side business, resulting whole bus passengers (with elder family members and kids) to have their dinner at 1.30am and also that was 1st stop and only stop for using washroom in whole 17 hours journey. When one of passenger asked to wait for washroom in morning, driver replied rudely that he will be late.
Vehicle paper was not clear ₹30;000+ fine not paid -
When traffic police asked bus to wait and show his vehicle papers, traffic police found that there was around ₹30;000 fine that was pending to be paid, so they asked them to pay at the same time. Which resulted all of us to wait for hours to reach to our destination.
IN OVERALL EXPERIENCE, EVEN THOUGH SEATS WAS COMFORTABLE. BUT DRIVER BEHAVIOUR WAS 200% RUDE AND NON-PROFESSIONAL. ALSO THEY THINK OF THEIR SIDE BUSINESS FIRST AND THEN ABOUT PASSENGERS TIME AND HEALTH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ third class service.i request all plz don't go or book ticket for this type of useless travels.i book one ticket of my bhabhi from devgad to mumbai.
at the time of boarding they change pickup spot and bus start and stop at petrol pump after word they tell my bhabhi to take onther bus.one single leady not travel this type of travel services.if any bad incident happened with her who will be responsible for that mujawar travels or red bus.very poor and bad service.i attache some photos which send my bhabhi from the location where bus stand on 2 to 3hrs.
