★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unprofessional, the staff seems frustrated and irritable when you ask them questions. Cycles are not there on display, When you ask them to call you for seeing the model, they tell you, they don’t have time to call you. I was thinking of making a complaint to the owner when he walked in. But he was even more rude and told me to see the photo and then buy the cycle. When I asked him is it a good idea to buy a cycle by seeing the photo, he tells me, sorry we don’t have this cycle (though he had in his go down) and he told me please go away.

Pathetic customer experience. Bought a Hero Mystique in June, delivered with no proper gear setting. Within a month chain sprocket lost contact with rear wheel. When I called the owner, he refused to get the cycle picked up for service eventhough I was provided with 3-month warranty.
Buy only if you want to give away your money to a bunch of thieves.
