I went to this place for my first smoothning wch look about 7 hours and since i had long curly hair after strightning it i had a length below my hip. When i was about to.leave she insisted that i trim my hair so i was ok for that and later whn i saw she cut my hair down to shoulder length.. I had a fight with her n the stupidest thing they coulf tell me was i had slpit ends. I dnt kbow they cut half your hair sayin split ends. Aft some days my hair became oily and i realized they had burned my hair. I jst hate that. Place and there have been to many complains from friends as well
