★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess the best cinema experience for me is here as they have comfortable seats and good screen, feels good to watch movie here also they have 5 screens so you don't miss any movie moreover movie rates are also cheap.

1. The air condition wasn't working properly.. it was too hot inside the movie room.
2. Speakers were too loud.. it was hurting my ears.
3. Some seats were not in good condition.
4. Cafeteria wasnt up to the level.. like we could feel that emptiness..
5. Service wasnt good.. it felt like their staff dosent even care about about their costumers.
6. The washroom.. it could b more clean and hygienic. Nd their wasnt a single indian washroom.. they could atleast have 3 of them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently when I went to watch RRR and then yesterday KGF in both the movies the air conditioner were turned off after the intervals. The temperature was too hot and the theaters were suffocating. It was a bad experience there in Mukta Cinema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice seats, screen, number of screens, quality of sound, food zone at cineplex. All good. Suffice parking with normal charges (Flat 30/- for 4 wheeler).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful movie theatre. The auditorium is clean and maintained. The seats are comfortable and quite enough(not the best) reclining. I had wonderful experience and memories??. The screen is curved and not the traditional flat one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a slot of 11 am for uncharted 2D Hindi(english available nahi thi and 3D bhi)?. The no.1 movie in the world due to tom Holland?️. I was the only one in the whole cinema. Felt like i booked it all . Good and polite employees encountered. Light on and off timings should be improved and also 3D must be improved. Reasonable price ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had great experience?, screen quality was good, sound quality was moderate, theatre was clean and sanitized and services were polite and respectful?. But food was overpriced and was okay okay. Wasn't worth for tagged price..? After watching the movie you can have fun and enjoy ur evening in mall.
