★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an appointment for 11am, for two people, we arrived to find salon shut. They did not call us to inform us that they would be shut. The most unprofessional company we have experienced in Mumbai. The doorman to the building was nice and even tried to call the owner for us, and she did not even have the courtesy to pick up. We have still not recieved even a text as an apology for wasting our time and money to get to this dump of a salon.

One star is less as the furniture is tasteful, but the chairs need better cushioning.

Not only did Sangeeta deliver a fantastic cut but she was also so kind and a joy to be around, such a wonderful person. Best service I've ever received, it goes along so well with the ambiance of the place, such a beautiful and well designed salon. I'll definitely be going back. Can't recommend them enough.
