★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased flat on March 2018 which is in under construction and while purchasing builder told us that they will provide possession till March 2019 then we agreed and purchase the flat..
After purchasing the flat they have taken 85% of Amount from us till August 2018...
And From August 2018 to till date 28th April 2019 (9 months) building construction is totally stopped due to some legal issue or bank issue.
No worth in Investing in Mukul Plam.. False statement while purchasing.. From last three to four months they use to say work will start in a week in a month but no progress in work ????...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the worst complexes that i have visited...the builder is still handling all the issues and so it is in a pathetic situation.. municipality water only twice or thrice a week and same situation with borewell...feel pity for all the people who booked flats there..much more better flats and complexes are available in Ambernath West . It's a clear avoid if you are looking for a place with peace of mind and amenities....
