★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be aware of the fake promises by sales team. They will promise you to resolve the current issues you see in the society before booking but will ignore you completely once you move in. Flush water stinks badly, issue with water supply in master bedroom, either with low pressure or NO water at all! We also had to keep constant follow ups for every small issues which we had initially. At the end, we we're frustrated and did most of the things from outside vendors at our own.
Builder does not even care about these issues as they are busy with upcoming elections.
Its been 2 years I am living in the society and now they have started ignoring my issues.
Please check for other societies with reputed builder of yourey a serious buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go for the property in this society. Once flat is sold out to you..they are done, you are disrespected by sales team.
Before buying the property anywhere talk to the residents of society. At least talk 8 to 10 people.
One should always go with a reputed builder.
No good quality of construction.Your drill machine goes in very easily even in the pillars.
Flaws in design, No privacy of balconies and in Lobby area of the floors.
Water situation is worst, boaring never Works if tanker water finished you are running pillar to post finding the person responsible for water availability.
Flush water in the washroom- you will choose not to use that because it is too stinking, whole flat can get infected due to the dangerous bacteria’s. STP is for name sake . They don’t have money to but loot the maintenance charges.
Amenities are very less respect to 5 residential buildings coming.
Even after paying for parking you need to fight for this after registration of the flat and once you paid the whole money. Initially they will say parking is allotted - Upar se hota hai !
No maintenance of gargden area.. they are saving money.
Builder is also only concentrated on sale of the flats.. once sold they will not listen any complaints.
WE are repenting after buying the property here.Suggestion is go for 2 to 3 lacs costlier but don’t go for this property. Later you can’t help yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team is not approachable. I had visited 2 weeks back & waited for more than 1 hour coz entire sales team went for lunch outside & asked me come some other day. Builder should change such kind of tram & keep professional & mannered team if they want to sell flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Repenting after buying the flat. Parking issue, water issue, the tiles in the flat are loose too many problems the list is too big. I sincerely request do not buy any flat here. Two wheeler Parking is also sold over here.
