I wish there was a negative marking option instead of the stars above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the shop has a very bad attitude. Rates charged are different for everyone. Charges exorbitant rates at times. Would suggest trying other studios in Rohini for critical occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very very bad experience. The owner of the studio doesn't know how to talk to ladies. I went there on 19th Feb 2019 @ 4:40pm to clicked my portfolios. (yes mentioning here the exact date and time) Next day evening I got my soft copies but because of personal reasons I was not able to collect my hard copies. ( I was out of town. When came back caught with viral fever) First time I got a phone call from Aunty to collect the hard copies. Total amount of soft copies and hard copies was 1890/- and paid 1400/-
I have paid for both soft copies and hard copies.( still I don't have any hard copies but I have paid for that also) Balance was 490/-. Today again I got a call from the owner . He called me from some Delhi Police number( may be the knowing person's number) He was threatening me, " mere 490/- de k Jao nahi to police ko bulaunga" . I told him I am out of town. As soon as I am back I'll be there to pay your balance amount and collect my hard copies. I am admitting it's more than one month I have not collected my photographs but I must say the owner is very arrogant. He talked very rudely, no manners. He is pathetic, full of attitude.
Photography is extremely poor. First of all Owner should learn how to talk to ladies and how to handle clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Client handling and professionalism is a huge issue. Lack of proper communication and laid back attitude to customer's demands and satisfaction makes every effort compromising. Wish they could provide better customer service and quality work.
