★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars for location and the outdoor/indoor amenities provided.
The project design is pathetic to say the least. Let me point out some points for you.
1. There are no entry points into the building from ground floor. You have to go through basement (under-ground parking) to get to your flat.
2. The corridor provided is merely 4.3 feet (not even enough for two healthy person walk side by side). You will face problem s while shifting in with your big furniture.
3. The items provided is of below par standards. ( The washbasins, faucets and the water closets are the cheapest you can find(from hindware).
4. Walls all around! If there are any space inside the building they have a plan to build a wall there soon! It's so closed of that sunlight is a luxury. They want to build as many flats/units as they can.
5. With all these considered they are overpriced.
Note- please visit the project yourself and then make your decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money. Getting OC,A Katha, 25,000 sqft Out Door sports and 7000 sqft indoor Sports with in Budget is great. Location is very good and apartment on BMTC bus route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An apartment project advantageously located on the planned 4 Lane road within 1 KM distance from MS Palya leading to Hesaraghatta...flats available to suit every budget. 1, 2, 3 BHKs.
Host of Amenities provided can match with the projects by big brands. Flats here are priced very reasonably and quite affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is Very Good & out standing connectivity to all impartment point of Bangalore. Further, it will take 6 Months . Amenities are outstanding. I near seen these kind of Amenities with other Developer who build for meddle to top end clients.
Also Value for Money and no regret for next generation as i will get all the documents which is in order. ( OC and A Khata).

Now Very close to New PRR which Proposed by Karnataka Govt.
and value for all Given Amenities and not seen with other mid end builder.
Still need 6 Months to possession.

OC Project and A Khata Property.
Project completion will take 6 months from now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advantage: Value for money. Lots amenities for 1 BHK holder is grate. Same kind of amenities cant find with other builder.
Project in the main road.
BBMP limits and connected to New Peripheral Rind Road ( Just 4KM Away)
Disadvantage: Deadline Crossed. Still need ,6 More months to possession. Because of Covid issue.
