★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So after giving my laptop to repair
It took them 1 month and still not repaired
All they do when you visit for the 1st time is one guy will take the laptop and generate the job card then you have to wait for 10 days then you have to call them to know the status of your laptop after that if they finally found what's the problem then they'll generate the estimate cost and still you have to call them to know what's going on then on your approval they will say within 10 days but even after waiting for 10 days and calling them after 10 days they'll say need more days
More and more but nothing happens and then when you visit to get return of your product they say come tomorrow or wait for 2 3 hrs for the packing work which will hardly take 15 mins by a professional
Worst service ever
Don't go there
Go if you don't want your laptop repaired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been almost 25 days since I have given my laptop to them for repairing but every time I call them they tell me a new reason n u can't even say anything about it coz u want ur laptop to be repaired.
Worst experience ever !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience regarding repair of laptop. I gave my laptop for repairing to them they charged Rs 1800/- for first time. Within a week again laptop was not workin. So, second time they again charged Rs.400/- cash. Again problem occurred in same laptop, so again I return it after opening of lockdown during COVID 19. This time almost one moth they kept my laptop with them stating that no spares are available. So asked them to return it in same condition. But when i reached to collect the laptop, some how they managed to start the laptop and asked for Rs.1500/-. After quarrel with them I gave them Rs. 1200/-. But after returning back to home , again the laptop doesn't started. They are the big cheater in the laptop market, just avoid to go there. They also work under the name BGA computers. Total loss to me Rs. 3400/- with laptop is still dead.
