★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very good and at heart of the Tilak Nagar but did not have optimum use. It has sufficient Space and parking but no agency is taking care of it. There are library, convenience room, old age recreation hall, physiotherapy and other facilities but it is not in good condition. It was inaugurated by Arvind Kejariwal ji and comes under state government. There are few NGOs are also functional but hopefully can be used this year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is lots of opportunities to learn many useful courses by the Delhi Government... DSUIB office also here.. Bike parking is ok...but no car parking.. coming here with car will not be good idea... it also located at very inner in Tilak Nagar... and too much far from Tilak Nagar metro station..no Bus service here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a community building housing Government voter ID card centre and Ration Card Office. Also there are Community services being managed by an NGO Khalsa Aid. These services are - a library and recreational center for Senior citizens ( TV, carrom, ludo, chess etc.). This building also houses a care facility for mentally retarded children. Also there is a private music school on first floor. A mohalla clinic is also in the premises. A little non-cleanliness is an issue. However there should be such centres in every locality.
