★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two types of room . A small room have 3 beds and a large room has 5 beds. Each of rooms have separate washroom .
But washroom are very small in size.
There are AC and also non AC room .
You get here free wifi .
Besides you can find reliance fresh in front of hostel. Dmart is near .
Nerul railway station is about 1 km from here.
It's very convenient for DY Patil college students ,as distance from hostel to college is near .
Dypatil hospital is nearest hospital , and medical store are nearby.
Saloon ,dairy , ATM are very near .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hostel ever. Lived there for a year. No maintainance, no facilities, no mess. Garbage piled up for days, no cleaning in rooms, even my security deposit hasn't been returned yet even after so many calls to the owner (been 7 months since I moved out). Better to go for other hostels or best, rent a small apartment or PG.

One of the best Hostel in Nerul. I have been staying here since(4yrs) 1st year to final year of Engineering at RAIT.
Well furnished as per student's need..A/C & Non A/C 3 sharing & Non A/C 5 sharing. 24/7 Wi-Fi, electricity, water with secured CCTV premises.
Solar, Laundry, Locker & Room keeping services included.
Routine checks for all and any room problems.
No smokers and drunkards allowed.
A peaceful, studious,healthy & familier environment.
Situated at a Prime & well connected location with college, ATMs, reliance fresh, station, hostipal, stationary, restaurants, etc.
Highly recommended for all stream students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Review updated May 1st 2019* The fees has increased a little bit. Most of the rooms have Ac now. You must have to contact the warden in order to know about the fees. Security has been improved. No entry after 11p.m. and also the delivery executives of swiggy and zomato are not allowed to go inside the hostel. One must have to come down to get their packages.
Smoking and drinking inside the premises is now strictly prohibited. The cleaning staff is still an issue as there has been many complaints of stealing mobile phones from the rooms. Please do take care of that. Rooms are cleaned almost everyday and laundry services is also available now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are maintained properly but no proper cleaning facilities, no proper water, hostel is noisy as students here are mostly from hotel management background so they have less study work and hence make more noise. It has Ac and non AC room facilities. In Ac room 3 students stay and in non AC 3 or 5 students stay as per the room size. Hot water is available but in the early morning you will not get hot water will have to wait till 9am. Washing machine is available but can be used only twice a week, maid service present. You don't have mess facility here. Do not give any deposit to the owner as it will not be refunded and you will feel decived. You cannot use any kind of heating or induction devices apart from charging your mobile and laptops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rent is a bit high when compared to other hostels but that may be because of the proximity to many colleges. No mess facility. Also vary of the security of the hostel. They gave three contact numbers and when i called,they told me different rates.

Non ac 70000 per year.
Ac 90000 per year
Free wifi
Now recently they have renovated whole hostel.
Chilled drinking water.Surrounded by High class area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property wastes a lot of water. I live a building away, and every other night, I can see their overhead tank (on the building terrace) overflow for several hours before the tap is closed off. On alerting the contact for the building about this, you are met with animosity instead of a sense of urgency to stop the wastefulness.
I hope they will do better.
