most of time driver is failing the duty and we have not placed another vehicle to our customer due to driver nilesh rajdev not reported at site as per booking,
and our company policy applicable to driver nilesh rajdev as penalty amount if driver has failed the duty same think we have done with this driver.
this is car rental business, we believe in excellent customer services
customer satisfaction is our priority with best quality services
