★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter 4, at Suvidha Kendra, named Jitendra I think. He is so slow in his work. He take 15-25 minutes to attend only one person. How can he attend all the people. I reached there at 12:45pm, my queue number was 54, on 15:38pm the queue moved to 38 from 18. Lunch break was from 1:30pm to 2:00pm. I'm so disappointed with his work. And also there is no arrangement of drinking water.
