★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service specially people on birth and death department.They make clerical mistake in filling details and we have to suffer. They will keep misguiding you and they will only work if you know anyone in higher rank. Worst experience all this should be made online so that we don't have to deal with these lazy,irresponsible,careless,uneducated people.

Its good that we can pay our property tax online, but when we try to pay Water supply bill, It requires to fill A/C no., UID, Contact and even email id also and when you fill account number as per mentioned on bill then it shows invalid. I don't know why you guys make so complicated. it should be simpler and easier.
