I am a citizen of a ghanipura Rohtak I want to complain for the problem of street dogs in our area . The no of street dogs in our area is more. I request you to solve this problem in minimum time.otherwise I will post this in the national newspaper.i request you to solve this problem in 5-10 days otherwise I will post this problem in national newspaper
