We have gone here for the third time and still haven't been able to get our child's birth certificate..
First of all this place is open only 3 or 4 days in a week that to only for a limited hours... Also there is no contact no given.. and the one I got from the hospital they don't pick up..
1st time we went there they said the person incharge is on leave so come after a week..
2nd time we went there. they said that the person is still on leave .. they have a temporary person assigned but he has left half n hour early..
The 3rd time we went there.. the building is under renovation and only one person was there who siad they are sitting two lanes away.. we went there and that place is also locked and the officials are nowhere to be found..
I never imagined that just getting a birth certificate of my child will be such a night mare due to the neglance of these not bothered civil authorities who didn't even shared their telephone number upon asking..!
