There are also a variety of restaurants and snacks store here. This is very close to munirka metro station on Magenta line.
There are many furniture stores and street food stores nearby. You can also find many coaching institutions nearby at a walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to live. Mostly people are from north east live there on rent. The area belongs to Jat' s of Delhi. Local people are good they just do not interfere in of your personal lives thing. Rent price starts from 4k (1BHK) to 10k ( 2BHK) and flats are UP To 15k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good roads , greenery and nearness to central Delhi ,IIT Delhi and JNU (for learners and not political activists).Parking is an issue and it is best to take Uber/Ola or Metro if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe, gated, clean neighbourhood with a very well kept, manicured, lighted up park built in the center. Decent size apartments though it was made with ample parking but now after more than 3 decades it's hard to find a space to park a car.
Perfect place to live for expats. Their are houses with modern facilities but some are still original construction. Security round the clock and washrooms & shelter for drivers available.

But location is very good.
You can get every thing as per your need at near by places.
Parks, gym and swimming pool are also available nearby.
Although as for residential purpose it's a good option.
The one thing you only need to compromise is with the crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A residential Colony in south Delhi. It differs from Munirka village. This society is clean and well maintained.
There are security guards at the gates to monitor the activities and the guests.
In addition, there is a park too where one can sit and relax.
There is no problem of water and electricity.
