★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth visiting this place. Treatment is little expensive but paisa wasool. Dr. Bhargavan is very gentle, thorough and nice person. The staff is also very submissive. Once you enter into Muppra, Viman Nagar, you will feel the difference..... definitely it is different from other Ayurvedic centres.

It was my first time there what I found is - Staff is unprofessional and they kept chatting while giving massage, even in shirodhara treatment. Massage is the most awful among the three treatments I took. It was literally like two people rubbing oil rigorously on the body without knowing the basic anatomy. Not one muscle was relaxed after the complete body massage. Their staff doesn't even understand hindi or english so I couldn't even explain what was wrong. I took the same treatment in Kerela as well so I know the difference.
Horrible experience!!! Maybe their other staff is good but the two appointed for me were the worst ones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone in for a 90 mins 4-hands massage followed by a 15 mins steam. While their massage exceeds my expectation, I am disappointed with the timing. There is no doubt that the massage was excellent and I will recommend anyone and everyone with body pain to go in for their massages - but I would also suggest them to take precaution and note the time when the massage starts and when it ends - since mine was cut short to 75 mins. I had kept a timer on my phone as soon as the massage started and had brought it to the masseuses notice about the time. While the massage ended I showed them that there were 14 odd minutes still remaining on the timer.. which I made it a point to show it to the masseuse. Inspite of all of this, the masseuse and the manager there were in denial about the short time. I didn’t demand a refund or anything - but what ticked me off was the denial of accountability inspite of showing them the proof. I do hope they will take care of the same and will take precautions to improve on this.
