l	laxman cholkar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ बौद्ध स्मारक, मुरैलखुर्द, जिला रायसेन रायसेन शहर से सागर राज्यमार्ग पर जाते समय टोल नाके से बायीं तरफ जाने वाले मार्ग पर 20 कि.मी. की दूरी पर ग्राम कर्होद है\| कर्होद से आगे जाने पर पहले मुरैलकलाँ और फिर मुरैलखुर्द नामक दो गाँव पड़ते है\| यह पूरा क्षेत्र अच्छी क्वालिटी के पत्थर की खदानों से पटा हुआ है, जिसमे 10-15 फीट तक की लम्बाई की चीपें और खम्भे निकाले जाते है\| यहाँ से 5 कि.मी. दूर लंबी पर्वतमाला है, इसमें से एक पहाड़ पर 7 बड़े स्तूप, एक क्षतिग्रस्त विहार और अनगिनत क्षतिग्रस्त छोटे छोटे स्तूप है\| पहाड़ के एक तरफ उसकी खड़ी किनार है, जिसके नीचे ग्राम घाट-पिपरिया बसा हुआ है जहाँ से चढ़ाई कठिन है\| ऊपर चढ़ कर गरम पानी का झरना भी है\| पहाड़ के दूसरी तरफ लम्बे ढलान पर 2 कि.मी. नीचे ग्राम-भोजपुर है, जहाँ से चढ़ना आसान है और आधे मार्ग तक वाहन जा सकते है\| यह स्थान मुरैल-खुर्द राजस्व क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत होने के कारण इसे बौद्ध स्मारक-मुरैलखुर्द नाम दिया गया है\| भोपाल से रायसेन होकर इस स्थान की दूरी 63 कि.मी. है\| विदिशा होकर जाने से एक मार्ग से दूरी 72 कि.मी. तथा दूसरे से 75 कि.मी.है\| पहुँच मार्ग कहीं कच्चे तो कहीं पक्के है\| यह स्थान भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण विभाग द्वारा संरक्षित है और सुरक्षा के लिये विभाग के कर्मचारी तैनात है\| Buddhist monument, murailkhurd, district raisen On the way to the left side of the toll nose, from the city of Raisen on the way to the Sagar Highway, 20 kms. These stupas belongs to 2nd BC. There are many stupas and monestry. Stupa no 1 is very important and very big. Overall very good experience. There must be more facilities for tourism. No notice and no information is available there.

S	SOURABH KHAMBRA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site is very well preserved with very beautiful views but it is not easily reachable. No diect road to reach there. You have to follow a muddy trail from raisen to reach nearby the site after that you have to trek up to the hill to reach there. The sitr is desseted aswell. But it is well preserved and if you like trekking and offroading go for it.
