★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there are few staffs and i dont know what they do. my debit card was expired on April 2020 and they made me fillup the form for new debit card twice...i clearly mentioned the account number.after one year of waiting i see two cards which are now linked to my other account(i never mentioned that account number on form).it can be clearly understood that they chose the wrong account while putting info on the system.that is why the problems happened...now presently the other account has three debit cards while the original account (for which i filled up the form) has zero debit cards...i dont know what the staffs are doing there. on complaining they said it could be a mistake from our side ???? i mean wowwwww just wow. Useless bank. if you want good interest on fd you can choose this bank but service wise below average.
