★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This evening I went to file a diary here, but there was no one to register my complain, when I wanted to know the whereabouts of the authrority who was to register my complain, police staff over there said:''we phoned him (the person who was to write my complain) but he's not taking our call'', and they had no idea when he would return. So I urged them to provide me with a piece of paper and a pen so I can write my complain and submit to them and get the diary-number, they told me to buy paper and pen from any shop around. They didn't even have a piece of paper at the police station. I told them, I have lost my wallet and I have no money at this moment. Then they said: go back to your home and write your complain in a paper and then come back to submit here, police station remains open whole night(don't worry), else bring Rs.50 to pay the person who would write your complain. I told them I didn't get why I have to pay Rs.50 to them. They said: you have to pay a fee of Rs.50 to the ''Mouri''(a civilian scribe/an outsider) to get your complain written by him. So they don't even have a police personnel who can ''write'' your complain.
