Uneducated and rude staff
Poor range and defective products. Price higher than some of the much better stores (e.g. Zee Novelty in vile parle)
While staff are horrible, the owner was sensible enough to return my money and take back his junk. That's the only silver lining in my experience at this place.
Do not shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible rude staff. They don’t care about customers at all!! They charged me 2k for a customized pulley for hanging clothes. I checked back in a month they said it’s not ready. Due to rains my receipt got wet and they declined to give me the pulley! I told them the measurements to prove it’s me, they even had my name and contact on their records, but they haven’t given it to me yet, even after almost 20visits!!

Even though the staffs are not properly educated about the products, the owner personally looks into each and every customer!!
Even after 2 years of purchase, they still kept their words and service!!!
Have not seen any other shops who provide such amazing services even after 2 years of purchase.
