Namaste to all the musafirs out there, CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION, Don't ever travel with this travel agency. Don't ruin your vacation people. Here is my story, So we were three girls who were traveling to the magical land of Himachal Pradesh. We chose this travel agency as it approached us and had decent reviews but little did we know that we were being cheated and deceived. As girls all we want is safety and respect from the travel agency. We received none. The driver was the most unpleasant man ever. He had no manners and kept insulting us throughout the trip. He was taking us to the places only he wanted to visit. As travelers we wanted the vacation to go according to us, and it clearly wasn't. We weren't even allowed to play our own music or roll down the windows. All he wanted to do was play his loud Punjabi and Haryanvi music which ruined most of our trip and when we asked him to reduce the volume he increased it just to insult us. The driver didn't give us any safe vibes at one point he felt like our captor. We eventually started regretting our decision for choosing this unprofessional agency. When we first reached the hotel in Manali the room was not up to the mark it was all because of Nisha and her lack of coordination with the hotel. When we spoke to the hotel manager he gave us a decent room and saved us from our misery. Next we were traveling to Kasol and the booking wasn't even confirmed in the hotel. We were a new place without a room to stay, it was a very terrifying experience. The hotel manager there helped us again and took care of us like family. If not for the people in Himachal our trip would have costed us our safety. There was nothing arranged on behalf of the agency. No proper food, No guide, no safety, nothing. Everywhere we went we had to pay a little extra to get our selves a decent experience. We went for two treks- Malana and Kheerganga there was no arrangements made for us to change after we descended. We had to make our own arrangements. In Kheerganga we were promised a camp in kheerganga but we were given a camp in Rudra a place with noone around. We were isolated in that place with just a fire to keep us warm. Next day when we were heading towards Delhi from Kasol the driver didn't let us sleep in the car, he kept playing his music and stopping the car and making us forcefully drink tea in order for us not to sleep. I know it sounds absurd but trust me it happened. The hotel in Delhi wasn't confirmed either we kept moving from one place to another. Musafir did a horrible job and Nisha was irresponsible and as a lady she shouldn't have been so careless. For this experince Musafir should be sued or if possible Nisha should be fired. People keep safe and don't trust this agency. I wouldn't wish this experience for my worst enemies. NEVER GO WITH MUSAFIR #suemusafir PS- We had a decent trip only because of the people in Himachal, they were angels.
