★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, great gym! It has pretty much all the equipments that you would potentially need in your training! Also a very clean and well maintained facility
Also my bigger shout out and the primary reason for 5 stars is my personal trainer - YOGESH RAUT! The kind of trainer who puts science back into workout, understands your overall fitness level and goals and builds a customized plan that gradually gets you there. If you do end up joining this facility, look out for him, he is always available to help you on on the floor regardless of PT or not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Gym!!!. There are plenty of equipments and accessories to work with and convenient free space. All the gym trainers are helpful and coordinative. Sir Yogesh Raut, Trainer who has helped me a lot to improve and have efficient workouts, and motivated me to keep working hard everyday. Also Sir Pradeep Kumavat, has helped me, with good tips about a health diet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the biggest gym you can have around Dahisar. They have good set of machines and instruments. Trainers like Prashant Lokhande and Prashant Raghav are excellent resources along with floor Manager Pradeep Kumawat monitoring the crowd and behaviour. As a female I feel comfortable in and around the environment with excellent coaching.

Really good equipments, Well Qualified Professional Trainers and they are friendly and approachable for support, guidance & knowledgeable to the best.
Yogesh Raut, an excellent fitness trainer and guides me in an absolute correct way. His effort for making fit is really awesome & his knowledge about maintaining good health, sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit.
He makes workout as fun and enjoyable to train and will make the session motivating and encouraging.
