They exactly know how to train each individual .I have tried many so called branded gym but there were no results due to trainer greedy towards money. You will be directed with only natural boosters like lemon juice and each of the customers will be treated equally. Subscription available at the best price ever around the area and he best unique equipments . Clean and hygienic .

As its location makes it more attractive as its near to RNS and JSS college of Engineering, the trainers here are very cooperative and give personal training at valuable price. Definitely this gym makes a old school feel with modern experience.

Nice place to build your body and trainer Girish is well versed with all the workouts and he has given me a great picture of a full body workout. I would surely recommend this place. The sound system is also good.
