★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent gym located in the center of U block.Timings of the gym are 5 AM to 10 PM. Its located on the main street, 100 meters from Yadav properties.
All necessary equipments are available here for cardio as well strength training.
Crowd is decent here.Rush hours are after 6:30-7 AM in morning and 7 PM in the evening.
Gym charges are 1500 INR/month. Locker facility is available. Washroom and Change foom is available as well.
Overall Rating : Decent
Charges : 1500/Month
USP: Located in the center of U block near Yadav properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All basic equipments available. Spacious.Friendly crowd. On Road. Trainer available full day since morning 6am to 10pm. Separate trainer for girls and boys for comfort.
No Personal Training available. Some time stinky but generally in morning it's fine.
To Do -
1. Personalised Training to whosoever is serious with there lifestyle or looking for training.
2. Diet and supplement guidance.
3. Maintain Hygiene.
4. Adding some functional equipments. Like Elastic Bands, Squat Bands, Ladder Drills, Stepper etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering its location and pricing,this gym can be considered as a boon to fellow youngsters who majorly live here. But yes compared to other gyms (not comparing with ones in U block) this one has some loose ends.
The space- there is an absolute space crunch during peak hours.No separate space for body weight exercises or free exercises infact cant even get an ample space to stretch before workout.Only possible on weekends
The equipment- The machines especially the chest and back,also the treadmills seem to be of inferior quality and dont seem to give a satisfying effect. The weights n benches r satisfactory. Leg extension machines is a sore.
Ac n ventillation - This needs to be improved as one gets tired too easily if sweating already in the heated environment
If these things can be a lighter issue for you then you shouldnt worry joining this gym considering its price n location and a large spread of exercises
P.S. 1)Ajay the main trainer is very supportive n helpful but needs to be approached.
2) You will get to see the best "show offs" of the town here , where all they do is incorrect movements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here especially Mr Ajay and Arun they are eager to help and will take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while having fun.
The classes are intense and you will love the diverse workout combinations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression of this gym wasn’t very good.
The ac’s weren’t working, the lockers didn’t lock. The change room was stinky.
But what was good was - music played continuously. Be helper guy was good at spotting during the workout session.
The crowd was decent, and the equipment also was well balanced.
So a pretty fair experience here. This is gym is still capable of much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with "Muscledog fitness" have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers and awesome music?. Excellent personal training. The area is not that much, and yes one or two machines might not function well, but my overall experience of about an year is amazing❤️
And I also recommend you guys to do check it out.
