★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place offers a variety of classes as per the interests of the clients. ( From yoga classes to Zumba bolly fitness, HIIT etc)
But I would call out a very different and useful work out which was launched recently , i.e TRx
It is an over all body workout and let's you challenge your abilities- it covers everything leg, upper body, abs workout . The trainer is certified in this, and pushes each one in the class to our utmost capacity.
It has been effective for me, and would strongly recommend everyone to join this class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All machines are of great quality and fully functional. The owner (Mr. Sachin Baweja) personally assures that people visiting make most of their time and is just a message away whenever you need him.
Educated and well informed people are a must when you start working out and Mr. Sachin assures that.
Muscoli is clearly one of the best facilities in the area!!!

Having trained with Sachin sir (Owner) himself, his knowledge and skill is far beyond just workouts, which makes working out at Muscoli a lifestyle, the place brings a motivation in itself to hit the weights! Happy and grateful to be associated with the strength lounge.
