They have 6 people behind the counters another two in the managers cabin and its already 0940, but they are telling the customer to wait indefinitely, reason is that the previous days works needs to be updated or whatever, this is very unprofessional. Not up to the standards set by the great M George Muthoot.
Come on guys grow up! The government employees are doing their very best, you guys needs to step up. BTW the 3 stars are for Mr.Ninan Mathai Muthoot the great founder with a vision...
