★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worstest experiences i have ever faced in my life.....i have taken a gold loan from Jalpaiguri branch....but the time of loan closure when i reached their office,they simply denied to close the loan account bcoz i haven't brought the loan paper though i have the Loan account no & identity proof....i came from across 800 kms to close the loan but they simply not entertained...i haven't found any logic behind their saying...in fact the customer service was also very poor..i contacted them so many times but no call back came.....instead getting a loan from IIFL is much better than this ......
dont go for Muthoot
