β β β β β Staff there is, asusual lyk any other govt offices, quiet straight forward! It is near Shiv chowk.. & there is also a new Pasport Sewa kendra. Started this year itself, which is quiet good, now u don't have to go to ghaziabad or delhi etc for this thing....

There is a slight lack of professionalism and politeness but other than that they r good people to get the work done with desirous knowledge.

β β β β β There is a passport office situated at this post office building but that really provides a pathetic service. I had an appointment at 9:15 and they arrived opened it up around 9:45. Even after that they asked to wait outside in hot sun for the place was being cleaned up and it took half an hour. Even after that, they were too rude as if you owe them anything and too rough with your original documents. So i recommend you not to go there for your passport document submission and instead go to the head office in order to get your work done smoothly and more efficiently.
