★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All projects of MVS are very well designed, But I am not OK with their way of approach to the customer, I am also one of the customer of MVS builders project, before dealing with MVS builders check for all legal documents, I am experiencing so many litigation with regards to Khaata, CC, NOC from local authority, And when we approach to the builders none of them will responds to our E-mails, If we raise any query they will ask us to come to their office and discuss, you just imagine in this busy world who is having time to visit their office, we residents of one of MVS project facing lot of issues with regards to legal documents, Built quality, Lift quality and etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MVS Paradise is about to breach the RERA deadline and grace period. Dear customers/ potential buys, beware of these facts. Suggest you to get in touch with existing owners about their experience with MVS. Are they really addressing issues in time and completing promised work etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please visit MVS Paradise in Channasandra, Bangalore which is their recent project. You will realize how unprofessional they are. The promised work is not completed. They delayed more than 1.5 years. Still not completed. Never purchase flats with them unless you visit MVS Paradise. You will know the reality. Email queries will never be answered. As Eshwar Musale said, they will ask to come to their office but even if you visit, they will not respond appropriately. This builder is frustrating. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an ignorant builder. Divakar Reddy is a fraud. Heard from MVS Paradise owners that they have run away without completing the project. Planning to visit MVS Paradise before thinking of buying flat with MVS. I think other buyers too should visit MVS Paradise which is their current incomplete/ on-going project to understand the ground reality.
Dear builders, unless you complete the existing projects with complete satisfaction from the customers, you will lose new customers. There is a lot of competition in Bangalore Real Estate these days when it comes to promised dates, customer satisfaction, answering/ addressing their issues and quality of work. It looks like your projects are getting bad names. Please wake up before you are ruined. I will make sure that more reviews are added in public forums as we work for Real Estate Analysis firm. Thanks.
