★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project is at a reasonable cost. But the biggest drawback is that the construction site is exactly opposite to a grave yard. I don't think any one would want to get up in the morning and come to the balcony to have a look at a graveyard. Now coming to the other drawback the other side of the project has a big drainage rite next to the compound wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen people commenting about the building being opposite to the graveyard, factually the block opposite to the graveyard is Block - C, Worry not it's not for sale, not sold by mvv & mk builders as Block C is built on a land not owned by them but owned by someone else hence you cannot buy an apartment in that block, Although the graveyard is visible from other blocks close to C but it's not exactly opposite to your balcony, Mvv & mk builders are covering the graveyard with a tall wall but does it really matter on how comfortable we live in the apartment? I don't think so other than west facing blocks other blocks can't see the graveyard. Over-all the apartment is affordable, modern looking and state of the art buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst processing team. They process only tru internally channels and don’t accept our Banking managers.
We booked 2 flats and cancelled again due to issue happened with management and processing issues. And lost 1lakh due to their mistake
Make sure everything before you book. Least recommended.. Worst project I have seen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project exactly opposite to Grave yard. construction wise very good project.but they are constructing 2000 flats..in future we are getting water problem. ammunities also not sufficient for 2000 families.car parking also not providing for all customers.5 star rated persons are staff from Mvv and Mk project.. customers are not giving 5 star rating.customers not happy vth this project
