★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gimmick offers. Says 50% off outside but only on 1 section with old items and used types and not on toys. Wasted my time. And staff very arrogant. Certainly not a good experience. Not recommended. Prices are very high.

Same amount can be spent to get very high quality experience at branded shops.
I am paying same amount for baby gift, but no help, and very bad packing... Its just not worth the time.

Has parking ? facilities
Staffs are well mannered
There is variety of things arranged in two levels
The prices are quite high compared to other shops for the same item and for which their reason is that, they have all under one room
Yet wasn't able to get some brands which they did not have for baby foods and other accessories
The person who's on the billing section could keep a warm smile ☺ rather than keeping a flat face would be welcoming
They should keep some offers on lafge purchases and if so it would have been a better and its not an undeniable act

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went multiple times to get things for my newborn.
Each time I got what I wanted. Clothes - pants, shirts, overalls, mittens, socks, head covers, etc etc; soaps, detergents; diapers, cradle, bed, mosquito net, wet wipes, dry wipes etc.
Each time at least one person was present to help out with my purchases.
Only negative is the prices are a little bit high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection. However the staff need to be more proactive in showing the dresses. There's no fan in the Trial room, which makes it very sweaty and uncomfortable for the Kids to try out heavy dresses. Please fix a box fan at once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop place for kids and new moms. They have collection cloths, new born baby sets, toys , cosmatic products, maternity wear .. You will get all things which need for new babys & kids. I have visited Firstcry shope, compared to that this shope having good collection in ranges and price also medium. Sales executive is helpful and shope have adequate space.
