I was under weight .I was depressed.then my friends suggest me to join this gym.after 2 months I gain 5 kgs.this gym helps you to live a healthy lifestyle and make you confidient.this is not a waste of money.full of paisa wasul.and it’s definetly a great place to workout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this gym for the past year & I have seen results to the best. I know the gym trainer for the past 5 years but when it comes to training he is a serious task master. He will guide you in Cardio sessions, Weight training, HIIT, Crossfit, Zumba, Aerobics & what not.. ?
The gym has all the necessary equipment to tone you up.. So stop reading this & hit the gym "MY FITNESS FACTORY" & become the best product this factoFa has every produced..???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good gym which is easy on the pocket. Has decent equipment and very friendly and helpful instructors. The morning session is the best as that's when it is the least crowded. Total value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is Okay with nice weights and clean machines. But the thing is that they asked get done with my Workout in 1 hour only. Which is strange. For someone who has been Working out for 90 mins a day for the last 6 years is being told by the trainer that "his Workout is finished in 20-25 mins itself".
LoL to that.
