★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Gold Gym is best for weight loss, they provide guidance for diet with achievable exercises. I lost 10kgs with there support. Trainer/Owner - Ravi(Dippy) is a wonderful mentor, very polite and efficient. This gym has a wide range of equipments. Facilitate with height training, sports training (even Ranji player workout here),muscle building training without encouragement of steroids. All-in-one it's a one stop health centre for all gender and age groups....
PS- my personal favourite is the semi open gym area...
