★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest gym in Kamothe. It's sufficient space to do every Exercise,All Equipment’s are good quality as well as Trainers monitor while doing exercise & if any wrong exercise doing then Trainers corrects your form. especially thanks to ossama sir,he is one of the best trainer at this gym .

Because trainers are highly certified and no one can give you such bundle of knowledge about human body, muscles type, diet, exercise, preventions, stretching, yoga, we can get that knowledge in briefly here. Trainers are giving first preference and value to their clients. They are very dedicated for gym memebers they make workout plans, diet plan according to the body structure, budget etc. They are very helpful and polite. The aim of this gym to make people fit and live healthy that's why I choose My gym and i love to be part of My gym family. Whoever suffering from fat, or some health problem they must vist here. Equipments are sufficient enough so that we don't have to wait ..
Gym trainer (?ossey sir ?) has good knowledge about workouts and is very motivating.
Overall good experience.
