★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm from Ahmedabad, I got Offset keychain which was not able to rotate properly, they told me that come to Jamnagar I'll see if it is able to be repaired (this answer was so silly?). Then they convinced me to courier that keychain to their office.
Even i couriered it to their office from my money. They allegedly bargain with me it is perfect, and showing that keychain is perfect by tilting it horizontally. No doubt it will rotate in horizontal condition but we all know we hold keychain vertical way.?♂️
And actually when you hold keychain vertically it will not rotate properly due to offset manufacturing. See image.
And at last i told them, if you are telling that that keychain is perfect then keep it with you, I'll not take that defected piece.
And here you go, they didn't reply me at all, and i know he will keep it by ignoring customers.
I found zero customer satisfaction, rude behaviour, and no humanity.
