Once a house was finalized he helped us through the process of negotiations and setting up the MOU. Then, Shaileshji helped in the setting up the sale deed, finishing the registration process and completing all the society formalities.
They were very patient with me in answering my many innumerable doubts.

I have hand over my flat keys to him and since then he takes care of renting my flat to any kind of service required. He always always prompt in service. Gives me good suggestions. He is takes ownership of all end to end activity from searching a Tennant, showing them flat, agreement as well as taking care of my flat.
I would recommend him for his 5 star service.
