★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am talking about a specific location of Nashik Road Idea Stores. These guys are sitting here to cheat people. No sense of talking to people, very rude and most important they need money for a service which already had been paid. The company needs to look into such type of people and if they don't do anything aoon there will be a tag on Idea company that these guys are "Cheaters"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional people. They are just miss guiding people. I have very worst experience while converting postpaid to prepaid. They keep us visiting a shop for last 3 months. They kept us visiting shop for 4 5 times. We are suffered a lot. Don't don't don't don't ever visit this shop. I hope this shop will close soon.

But this idea store don't have any professional people also they don't have any basic knowledge how to treat and handle customers.
If you go here for any issues to get solve forgot the issue,you will face extra headache due to this kind of people sitting in side the store.
They will demand money for a basic services which are free if you check on official site.
This Idea Store people don't respond to your queries, idea company should take care of this kind of people who are cheating and demanding money.
Better not to go in this store,I have better option if you really need to go is "Mumbai Naka idea store" which is best in Nasik city.
