★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to update a sim card to LTE. They said that they don't have 4G simcard, which is fine but they don't even know when the simcard would be available at their store.
Also the staff is quite rude and they made us wait a lot.

Never listen to their customers.
Always doing salesmangiri like take this package and this package .... please atleast listen to customer and than start conversations with them .
My experience was very bad with these people that's why I shifted to other SIM card.
Whenever you visit they always fighting in their own by saying ( ye kaam nahi karta h uska kaam muje karna pdta ,kabhi bhi aata h kabhi bhi jata h n all) worst idea store and employees they have recruited here
