★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them a minus rating I would. Went for a simple SIM exchange. They kept telling me that it'll be done. More than 24 hours later and is still not done. Pathetic service. The girls who sit there just keep passing the buck to each other. Nobody wants to do any work. They keep their customers waiting or tell them to come back the next day. Lazy and unprofessional.
