I was expecting it to be 'not that good' but the professionalism and politeness the person showed over call was something that I liked a lot. They also arrived in time. No delays.

I was provided with a good quote on Sunday for my trip on Tuesday but when the trip ended they modified the quotation and charged more. I suggest you take written communication of your package from the service provider before agreeing to their conditions.

When exploring options, I stumbled upon My Intercity Cab service and was only partially hopeful that they would arrange a cab at such short notice given that there are plethora of providers with tall claims but abysmal services.
However, with My Intercity it turned out to be a very pleasant experience right from the time I called the number that was listed to the entire journey. Shyam was absolutely very supportive about our requirements given the current pandemic situation and assured us that the driver was safe. He ensured that the driver Tej Pratap reached well ahead of time with a clean < 1 year old car. The long journey from Mumbai to Bangalore was a pleasant one for me & my family. There was none of the usual haggling over rates after reaching the destination and what we agreed is what we paid for. The best part is that for such a great quality of service their prices are absolutely reasonable. Highly recommended for their quality of service and te overall experience.
