★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think that store belongs to jio after visiting the place yesterday . I was there to reissue of my existing Jio number ,but the Jio person told me you can come next year . I think they don't know how to deal with a customer .
Immediately another Jio store helped me to get the new sim .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Jio Store at Sambalpur has lost it's glory. Earlier lots of items were in display and the customer service was very nice. But now a days the store is looking like a old store with out any stock. More over the welcome attitude is gone. You get a simple answer like not available at present or don't know as if they are just shirking their responsibility. Jio management should take care of the Store to cater the needs of the customer and to get back the glory of the Store.
