After he came he download all the software in my phone with my personal internet connection and when I asked for new connection and SIM, He told me you do not belong to same place so it is not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right on the road. Ample space around and in front for parking. Seems to be understaffed. Only one person for handling everything. Good and quick service. Location is the best attribute of this store. Mid range handsets available off the shelf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Had to wait 15 mins for a task that could have took max 5 mins. Wanted to buy a headphone however the agent was so busy selling a sim card to the single customer other than me that he hardly paid any attention to me. People do multi task these days. I had the money ready, all he had to do was to take the headphone out of the lock and hand it over to me. Really disappointed. Definitely not recommended if you're expecting a good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ costomer service is very worst,I went there to port my sim to jio and staff was asking that why you're porting sim to jio saying that jio is slow and not providing network.Really disappointed with these service of jio representative.staff didn't reply to me as he was busy with 2nd costomer (came to buy oneplus) who came after me. He was too busy with other costomer and his personal work. He forces costomer to come who was going out of his shop to buy smartphones.Jio representative is worst I've ever seen Definately not recommended if you're searching for good service.
