β β β β β Worst reply and worst service ever. As I had issue in JIO card as the network was getting dropped and I was getting Emergency calls every now and then I was told from the Jio Care canter to get the SIM Card replaced however this uneducated guys at this place asks me to first get the recharge done to get the SIM Card changed even though my plan is on going. Then I met the manager their and he told me that we cannot replace the SIM CARD without any problem. So, they mean that I am lying and I don't know anything about this and that was setting problem. Very much frustrated with this and this was not expected from JIO.

And when I call to customer care they tell its not necessary.
